Please include your packing slip (the receipt that came with your package). You MUST obtain a return authorization number (RNA) before shipping us your return. To obtain a return authorization number (RNA) follow the these instructions:

3. You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once your return has been approved.

All returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving them. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you if your return is approved. If approved, we will send you an email containing your store credit. Kimberlys Boutique will not refund sales tax or shipping costs.
